The unit is the Northern hub within the ScotStar transport service, providing regular cover for Shetland and Orkney, Inverness by Ambulance, Fixed Wing and Helicopter.

We are looking for someone who can bring new and innovative ideas to support our continuing programme of improvement within the unit and can contribute to the day to day running of this busy unit. There are many opportunities in Clinical Services, Teaching, Audit and Research within a team of Consultants, Specialty Doctors, Middle and Junior Grade Medical Staff, ANNPs and Nursing and Midwifery teams.

Full time posts are currently 10 programmed activities per week.  However, other more flexible arrangements, such as part-time, job share etc. will be favourably considered.
