FIIXED TERM SPECIALTY REGISTRAR LATs IN GENERAL ADULT PSYCHIATRY
(LOCUM APPOINTMENTS FOR TRAINING)
A number of LAT positions are available within the Mental Health Service with NHS Tayside
Applications will be considered for appointment at ST4 level. These vacancies are available in General Adult Psychiatry
The Postgraduate Dean has confirmed that these programmes have the required educational and staffing approval
The posts are available from as soon as possible for 6 months in the first instance. There may be a possibility to extend these appointments to the end of the training year. The extension may be at any of the hospitals on the rotation. We are also keen to hear from individuals who are looking for shorter periods of employment
Training programmes are open equally to those who may, either from the outset or subsequently, wish to train less than full-time.
If appointed to a relevant Specialty Training Programme through open competition, documented competencies achieved through a LAT can count towards CCT or towards a CESR application for those not entering an approved Specialty Training Programme
