Consultant Urologist with expertise in Pelvic Oncology
This is a substantive post for 11 programmed activities per week, commencing as soon as possible

We wish to appoint an enthusiastic, committed urologist with a specialist interest in pelvic urological oncology to join our team of 11 Consultant Urologist. The successful applicant will take responsibility for pelvic cancer work commensurate with their experience and skillset. This is envisaged to focus on the provision of bladder cancer services, and it is recognised that mentoring may be required initially.
Ideally the successful applicant will also contribute to robotic prostatectomy service.
This is a replacement post for a 11 PA full-time Consultant Urological Surgeon primarily based at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, providing Urological services to the population of Nottinghamshire. The departments of Urology at NUH and King’s Mill Hospital, Mansfield are committed to long-term partnership and as such the candidate will be expected to support diagnostic and cancer treatment pathways at the Kings’ Mill site, as well as participating in a combined cross-site on-call rota.
