Are you looking for an opportunity to make a difference to patients’ lives? To enjoy a challenging, but rewarding role in an organisation that’s committed to service improvement?

We are searching for a new Medical Director to join our team in the Isle of Man Department of Health and Social Care.

We believe the Island is a great place to live and work. Within this varied role you will be accountable for providing exceptional leadership, expert advice, policy and service development, and for ensuring the delivery of high quality practice across the medical profession.

Why join us?

There’s never been a better time to join the team! We are embarking on a period of transformation following the recommendations recently published in the Sir Jonathan Michael report. The report followed his extensive review of health and social care services in the Isle of Man. By joining us, you can be a part of this exciting period of transformation.

Our healthcare system separate to the UK NHS, free at the point of delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to step away from NHS pressures and demands, working with a friendly and supportive team, just a stone's throw away from the UK.
