Worcestershire Integrated Sexual Health Services

Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust seek applications for a 0.8 WTE Consultant in Sexual Health and HIV, working as part of an integrated dynamic team in the south of the County.

The successful candidate will deliver sexual health outpatient services from a new purpose built hub which will house all sexual health services from the south of the county. The post holder will also work as part of an Infectious Diseases/GUM/HIV service delivering outpatient care and participating in multidisciplinary meetings.

Candidates should be on the GMC Specialist Register or be within six months of CCT at date of interview.

Opportunities are available for those who wish to be involved in service leadership and re-design. Non-clinical interests will be supported in line with Trust strategies. Interest and previous experience in leadership and management would be an advantage.

Worcestershire is a very pleasant area to live, with picturesque
countryside. The Malvern Hills are nearby and the Forest of Dean is about 1 hour away. There are motorway links to Birmingham and the Southwest. There are excellent independent and state schools locally.
