The post holder will be working with three other full time Consultant Psychiatrists as well as a half time consultant to provide a comprehensive Mental Health Service for a population of more than 30,000. The successful candidate is expected to work within an inpatient and community setting and along the range of the different psychiatric specialties, to actively participate in the development of the service and to be able to work in a challenging and developing environment without junior support.  The rota will be 1:4 with prospective cover and annual leave entitlement includes 6 weeks’ annual leave and 2 weeks of study leave.
