We are looking for a Consultant in Palliative Medicine who will be responsible for the effective and appropriate medical care of patients across the directorate supporting the teams primarily at both Nevill Hall Hospital and St David’s Hospice in patient unit. You may be required to perform domiciliary visits in the community to support local Specialist Palliative Care Teams. The post holder may occasionally be expected to provide cover at other hospitals, including the Royal Gwent Hospital and Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr.
