We are looking to recruit a substantive consultant renal transplant surgeon to our expanding unit, that provides a sub-regional adult and supra-regional paediatric renal transplant service in the South West of England. (currently around 140 adult, 10 paediatric transplants per annum). 

We are seeking a surgeon able to provide a full range of renal failure surgery including endocrine surgery and laparoscopic kidney donation to support our thriving living kidney transplant programme Surgeons with other relevant skills related to the care of patients with renal failure are encouraged to apply.

The appointee will work within the directorate of Anaesthesia, Surgery and Critical Care (ASCC). Candidates will be expected to hold a CCT or equivalent in general surgery, urology or equivalent.
