We are looking to recruit GP’s to work within a multi-disciplinary primary healthcare team providing care to patients with no access to other GP’s including the homeless, Asylum seekers and undocumented migrants.

This is an exciting opportunity for dynamic individuals who have an interest in working with vulnerable groups including patients with mental health and substance misuse needs.

Opportunities available are as follows –

Greenhouse Practice, Hackney - up to 6 sessions with longer appointment times, which will include building on the current outreach work including developing links with the Homerton hospital to facilitate discharge and diversion from the Emergency Department.

No. of sessions per week are negotiable to meet the needs of both the GP and the Practice.
