This is a replacement post; the current post holder has moved on to take on a Medical Director role. Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Partnership provides all age mental health services from CAMHS to Older Adults in the two Black Country localities of Dudley and Walsall. We have shown a strong commitment to delivering excellent and safe services since we became one Trust 10 years ago, and pride ourselves on being able to attract and retain the highest quality of medical professionals. The trust is in the process of a merger with Black Country Partnership FT. The 2019 staff satisfaction survey showed us as the best mental health trust to work for in the Midlands and one of the best in the country. We are a teaching Trust, teaching undergraduates from Birmingham Medical School, and part of the Black Country training scheme with core and higher specialist trainees from the West Midlands School of Psychiatry. There are good opportunities for applicants interested in education and research.

The 2019 CQC reviewed the trust as good and the CAMHS service was rated outstanding for caring.

Applicants for the above post should have, or should be eligible for a CCST and eligible onto the Specialist Register within three months of the interview date.
