1.0 FTE (80 hours per fortnight)

We have the job for you in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand.

The Bay of Plenty District Health Board currently has a position available for a Generalist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist. The suitably qualified candidate needs to have good surgical skills which might be enhanced in having a Laparoscopic Fellowship (AGES Fellowship) and/or and an interest in Urogynaecology. They will also be committed to delivery of a high quality service, teaching and quality improvement. The successful candidate will need to be able to work effectively in a multi-professional team to provide clinical services over two sites.

It is essential that the successful candidate be either registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand and hold MRCOG, FRANZCOG or equivalent.
