Applications are invited for a Consultant Radiologist with an interest in Interventional Radiology, based at Cambridge University Hospital (5PAs) and Peterborough City Hospital/North West Anglia Foundation Trust (5PAs).

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Radiologist to join our Radiology teams at both Trusts. At CUH there are 52 Consultants, both NHS and University based, and 34 StR’s. We have a close working relationship with the Paediatrics, Surgical, Gastroenterology, Transplant and Oncology departments and are actively involved in multidisciplinary clinical, research and educational activities. The Interventional Department is an Exemplar Site recognised by the British Society of Interventional Radiology. The Imaging Directorate is ISAS accredited and the Trust is a Major Cancer Centre and a Major Trauma Centre. At NWAFT the successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team. It is envisaged the candidate will be predominantly based at Peterborough City Hospital although the occasional ad-hoc session may be needed at Hinchingbrooke. There are currently 15 Consultant Radiologists and 1 Clinical Fellow at Peterborough with a further 3 Consultants at Hinchingbrooke. There are 2 StR’s from Norfolk and Norwich based at Peterborough.

You will be fully registered with the GMC and ideally have a Radiology or be within six months of award of CCT at the time of interview. Applications are welcomed from those unable to work full time for personal reasons or those wishing to job-share.
