Consultant in Emergency Medicine
We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to work at one of the most exciting Emergency Departments in the country. Despite the challenges of working in a busy acute and fast paced environment, we have a young, enthusiastic and dedicated group of 15 Consultants with a strong work ethic who are highly committed to providing world class patient care whilst maintaining long term sustainability to their work life balance.
We have excellent relations with our inpatient Speciality teams especially our colleagues in the Acute Medical and Surgical units and the Royal is a tertiary referral centre for many of the specialities in the region. We are offering a basic 10 PA contract on a flexible annualised rota but we are open to discuss any specific or specialised job plan that you may desire, as long as you fit in with the collective work ethos that we have strived to create and are all equally as dedicated to preserve.
We have strong associations with the regional simulation centre as well as local sports teams and venues, all of which we encourage active involvement in. So, whether you’re newly qualified or an experienced consultant who fancies a new and exciting challenge whilst living in one of the most energising and vibrant cities in the world please consider us and feel free to give any of us a call. We’d be delighted to talk you through our department.
To hear about the exciting work we do from our dedicated Trust employees and departments, for a future you could be a part of, please visit our Trust Facebook page by searching Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust.
