Salary: Band 8d £67,247 - £103,490 per annum
Hours: Permanent, 10 Programme Activities or 40 hours per week

This post as a Consultant in Health Protection in North West London will be a senior member within the health protection team to provide leadership, management and oversight of the health protection function, including the response to incidents and outbreaks and responsibility for the day to day operational delivery for the population of around 2-3 million residents of a sector of North London. The post holder will play a key role in developing, shaping and assuring the health protection function, working closely with partners, and ensuring delivery of high quality surveillance, response and support systems, and may include managing individuals and teams. 

The post holder will have responsibility for developing and maintaining close working relationships both internally and with partner organisations. In addition, they will contribute and lead on centre and national priorities, including contribution to wider public health initiatives consistent with the centre delivery model and integrated working.
