An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Rheumatology Department within Taunton and Somerset NHS Foundation Trust, a trust that has the highest GMC score for training in the South West. We are seeking a clinician with imagination, drive and commitment to be part of the team that creates and delivers new models of care.

The post is for a full-time contract (10 PAs) however part time roles or flexible working can be made available for the right candidate.
To offer the appropriate level of skills in general rheumatology whilst expertise in a sub-specialist area would be welcomed.
To provide, with consultant colleagues (as appropriate) a service in the specialty to the hospitals as designated, with responsibility for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of acute rheumatological illness.
To be responsible for undertaking the administrative duties associated with the care of patients and the administration of the department.
To participate in GCA Triage, Ward Rounds and Outpatient clinics on a rota basis.
