North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust is currently looking to appoint a Trust Doctor (CT1 Level) in General Surgery at Peterborough City Hospital to commence as soon as possible for an initial period of 12 months.

The Trust’s General Surgical Department provides a comprehensive service, covering all the main sub-specialities, including laparoscopic surgery, for which there are a total of 130 dedicated beds. 

This post is a Trust post and is therefore not recognised for training by the Royal College however it does give valuable clinical exposure and provide the same training opportunities, working conditions, annual and study leave entitlement as is afforded all doctors in training posts. 

Prospective candidates must be registered and licensed to practice with the General Medical Council.
