Access and Assessment team based in Harlow
EPUT is looking to appoint an enthusiastic consultant who will provide senior medical advice, support, consultancy and clinical leadership to the Access and Home Treatment team. The team is committed to promoting recovery, social inclusion, as well as health promotion through comprehensive assessment and formulation of care plan.
This is a new post which has been created to meet increasing demand within the Access and Assessment team. This is a community post with the responsibility for assessing patients referred from primary care and other partner agencies, offering comprehensive assessments and where necessary, alternatives to admission into hospital.
