Salary: MP Year 1-7 $130,145 (£72,268*) to $174,823 (£97,077*) p.a.

This is a recruitment pool for anticipated Trust Doctor / Service Registrar, non-training appointments for the 2019 Registrar intake commencing February 2019.

Position Profile: The Service Registrar provides patient assessment, management and care under the supervision of the relevant Consultants, within the context of a multi-disciplinary team. This role also provides teaching and support to Resident Medical Officers and Interns.  Successful applicants may be allocated to leave relief.

Vacancy Profile: Vacancies across multiple departments are anticipated for Service Registrars in Medical specialties for appointment to one of 3 Primary Employing Health Services (PEHS), as well as their general, rural and regional hospital placement sites.

Eligibility to Apply: Applicants must have worked for a minimum of 6 months as a registered medical practitioner in a hospital setting in Australia, New Zealand, the United States of America, United Kingdom, Ireland or Canada.  Preference for appointment will be given to practitioners who gained this experience within the last two years.
