This is a full time post but part time working may be considered.

We work closely with primary care, maternity services, adult mental health teams, early years’ services and independent sector organisations to ensure that women can have access to specialist support, advice, risk assessment and care planning in relation to their mental health needs. The team can work alongside women and their families until their infants first birthday.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Specialty Doctor with an interest in Perinatal Mental Health to join our recently established new service.
The post includes one hour per week protected supervision time with the Consultant. Attendance at the weekly postgraduate programme is encouraged.
You must have completed at least 4 years’ full time post graduate training (or its equivalent gained on a part-time or flexible basis), at least 2 years of which has been in Psychiatry. You should demonstrate excellent communication skills and show you can work collaboratively in a team.
We are committed to your development, making the very best of your talent and helping you to achieve your career aspirations.
