The Respiratory Medicine department of Auckland City hospital provides tertiary level inpatient and outpatient services including serving as a centre of excellence for Pulmonary Hypertension, Quaternary Lung Transplant centre, regional service for Cystic Fibrosis, Sleep and Pulmonary Tuberculosis.

Auckland DHB is committed to the application of the Vulnerable Children Act 2014 and its intent to improve the safety of all children.

This position is a Children's Worker role as defined by the Act.

Applicants should be eligible for vocational registration within the scope of Respiratory Medicine with the Medical Council of New Zealand. Previous experience in Lung transplant and pulmonary hypertension is desirable.

As the ideal candidate, you will be either registered or be eligible for registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
