We are currently recruiting in our Northampton site for Specialty Doctors - there’s nowhere more inspiring to transform lives and get what you want from your career.

We’re a unique mental health charity with a clear focus on the clinical outcomes for the individual. With facilities in Northampton, Birmingham, Essex & Nottinghamshire, we provide care across a number of services including Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disability, Men’s Mental Health, Women’s Mental Health, Neuropsychiatry and CAMHS.  Our highly specialist Integrated Practice Units (IPUs) put the needs of our patients first and places them firmly at the heart of decision making, with all surpluses reinvested into their care.

You will join an experienced team of Consultants and Doctors to work flexibly in an atmosphere of mutual support and will be expected to demonstrate strong clinical skills within your professional field.

MRCPsych is preferable & membership with the GMC will be required. Further career progress in terms of Section 12(2) approval, Approved Clinician status will be and encouraged and supported.
