Bon Secours Health System operate 5 technologically advanced hospitals in Ireland. Our Cork Hospital currently has a workforce of 1100 staff across a wide range of professional and specialist teams. As part of the Bon Secours Health System 2020 Strategic Plan ‘Capital investment and development of services’ we are expanding our services and are seeking to recruit an additional Consultant to work with the Gynaecology multi-disciplinary team.
We would like to hear from suitably qualified and experienced General Consultant Gynaecologists interested in joining a dynamic and enthusiastic team of 2 Urogynecologist, one Gynae-oncologist and 2 General Gynaecologists. The successful applicant will deliver general Gynaecological care including laparoscopic vaginal / open surgery and out patient consultations.
- Applicants must hold registration as a specialist in the Specialist Division of the Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland or entitled to be so registered
- The possession of the MRCPI in Gynaecology or the MRCOG or a qualification equivalent to one of these
- Seven years satisfactory postgraduate training and experience in the medical profession including five years in Obstetrics and Gynaecology
- Eligibility for inclusion on the division of Gynaecology of the register of Medical Specialists maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland.
