Clinical Fellowship Aesthetic & Reconstructive Surgery

£61,200 per annum + generous pension + all London Clinic employee benefits. 37.5 hours per week on average. 10 hour day shift pattern, between 8am and 8pm, weekdays and weekends, working 2-4 days per week.

Applications are invited from senior trainees in plastic surgery, seeking specialist training in aesthetic surgery to undertake 3 month Fellowships. We have 4 positions available in 2020, starting in January, April, July and October respectively.

The Fellowship position offers the successful candidate an opportunity to work with leading Consultants in Plastic & Aesthetic Surgery, all of whom perform a wide range of aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.

The post is designed for senior trainees in Plastic & Aesthetic Surgery (year 5/6 SpR) who have completed their FRCS (Plast)and wish to gain experience in aesthetic surgery as the Fellowship aims to provide trainees with a firm foundation in the principles of aesthetic surgery. In addition to surgical technique, Fellows will also acquire principles of non-surgical rejuvenation and have the opportunity to join patient consultations. Of additional value, Fellows will gain practical experience of private practice.

The London Clinic undertake highly complex procedures in addition to routine surgery and medicine. Consisting of over 250 patient beds and 12 operating theatres including dedicated endoscopy suites, a day surgery unit and a 24 hour consultant-led Intensive Care Unit. We combine the warmth of traditional patient care with unrivalled expertise.
