Medical Retina Clinical Fellow
Applications are invited for a Clinical Fellowship in Medical Retina at the Bristol Eye Hospital. The post is available for a 12-month fixed term period.
The successful candidate will be provided with advanced sub-specialty training in medical retina and ocular inflammatory diseases. The successful candidate will complement existing Fellows and Specialty Registrars in the department, and will play an active role in the delivery of care for patients as well as clinical research.
Candidates should have completed their higher surgical training in the UK or equivalent. We are seeking candidates with previous unsupervised retinal laser experience, intravitreal injections and clinical experience in medical retina.
Bristol Eye Hospital (BEH) is a Regional Centre for Ophthalmology and is part of the Division of Surgery, within University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust. BEH provides a complete ophthalmic tertiary referral service for the South West of England and also supports units in Wales.
