More Time for Your Patients, More Time for You
At Nuffield Health, we take a very forward-thinking approach to our patients’ health and wellbeing. Focusing on preventative care, we give our GP’s more time with patients, whilst connecting into our network of clinical experts to deliver a joined up, holistic service, based from one of our state-of-the-art clinics. What’s more, we underpin the whole system with a peerless commitment to continuous professional development.
Because we recognise that a healthy work-life balance is important to you we make sure that our services are all delivered within a 9am - 6pm working day. So you could be a part-time professional looking for a fulfilling experience for one day a week to complement your NHS work. Alternatively, you might be a parent-returner wanting to combine the career you love with life’s wider responsibilities. Either way, by joining us you’ll find you have more variety in what you do and all of the support you need to develop the career you want.
More time to care
As a doctor at Nuffield Health, you’ll get to know the person behind the patient – with an hour for a health assessment or 15 minutes for a GP consultation, you’ll have real time to care. You’ll have time to pay attention to the little things that make your patients who they are; in a personal and low-stress environment, giving them the care they need to be well and healthy, and to live life to the full.
Forward thinking healthcare
We’re a not-for-profit organisation delivering a pioneering, patient-centered philosophy. We’ve built a national network bringing together clinical, prevention and cure with fitness and wellbeing. With patients at the very core of everything we do, our approach means that you’re not just diagnosing - you’re looking after each person through every step of their journey. You’ll liaise closely with a wide range of experts, from in-house nutritionists to physiotherapists and physiologists, meaning that the right care is always nearby.
Continual Professional Development
Join us and you’ll be part of an organisation with as much focus on the wellbeing of our people as our patients. Throughout your career, you’ll benefit from protected teaching time and up to 40 hours of funded CPD a year, delivered by specialist hospital consultants.
Making your time with us more rewarding
We in return promise to support and enhance your own wellbeing - with a comprehensive benefits package designed to help you live life to the full. These include free membership of our national network of Nuffield Health Gyms, discounted Physiotherapy services, a Cycle to Work Scheme, Childcare Vouchers, Pension, Healthcare plan and a Retirement Savings Plan.
