+richmond practice is an independent clinic. We offer a bespoke and upmarket service from a well-equipped and newly refurbished listed facility in Richmond. The practice is walking distance from the station and very close to good schools and the airport.

Applications are invited for a private Consultant Gynaecologist/Obstetrician & Clinical Governance Lead to work in a substantive Full-time role based in Richmond (TW10). The appointee will join a team of doctors including other Consultant Gynaecologists, Paediatricians and GPs who work as a multidisciplinary team in a primary care setting. You will join a well-regarded team who has successfully established a privately run poly-clinic in Richmond.

You will have a mixed caseload doing general gynaecology, antenatal care up to 20 weeks and fertility care. Ultrasound qualifications and experience will be an advantage.

Our patients are from the local area and we also have expatriates attending the clinic. We therefore welcome specialists who have both local and  international experience.

The rooms are well equipped and patients you get long appointment slots of 40 minute plus per patient.

There is regular training available onsite as doctors attend weekly multi-disciplinary meetings, in-house training and consultant talks or updates.

Hours: The post is a substantive post for seven sessions a week at minimum. 

Fee: £120,000 - £150,000, pro rata depending on performance (The full-time equivalent pay is £120,000 to £150,000 and full-time involves nine sessions per week).

Requirements: Ideally you should speak German, French, Italian or another language and have international experience. Oversees qualifications will be seen favourably.

Ultrasound skill and qualifications will also be an advantage.

The practice is BUPA and CQC accredited. We received an excellent review from the CQC in 2016.
