We are a 124-bed hospital (104 inpatient and 20 observation beds) in Grand Cayman and the 18-bed hospital (Faith Hospital) on Cayman Brac. Post holders will work in the various specialty departments. Post holders will focus on the utmost care of patients within the health care facility.

Successful candidates must have a specialist qualification in the related field. In addition, candidates must have at least 3 years post graduate experience working in a hospital setting and their field of specialty. The ability to work in a multi-cultural environment is essential and the successful candidate must have good communication and interpersonal skills.  

Applicants must be registered in either of the following jurisdictions to be eligible to practice in the Cayman Islands; Jamaica, USA, UK, Canada, South Africa, New Zealand and/or Australia.  

We provide an attractive compensation package.  In addition to base salary, we provide full healthcare coverage at no cost to employees, pensions plan, paid holidays, 25 days annual leave, malpractice coverage, air passage along with freight allowance to the Cayman Islands.  

Remuneration is based on a salary range of
USD$136,654 to USD$176,997 per annum  
Additional on call allowance ranging from
USD$27,440 to USD$32,420 depending on specialty 
(Note there are no direct taxes in the Cayman Islands)
