(Including the CESR Training Programme)

E.D.G.E. into CESR in Emergency Medicine…… the Warwick Way

(Education, Development and a Guided Experience)

CESR cohort 1 follows the successful Programme plan developed by the Royal Derby Hospitals. Secondments will follow the EM Curriculum in Anaesthetics, ITU, Acute Medicine and Paediatrics. These posts offer educational and pastoral supervision with opportunity to work alongside the Frailty Teams as a secondment with a Rota providing a good work life balance.
