Tasmanian Government Jobs
The Tasmanian Government has temporarily put all recruitment on hold.
This is because of a data security incident experienced by PageUp, the system we use to manage online applications via our jobs.tas.gov.au website.
PageUp has not yet been able to confirm whether any data related to Government recruitment has been compromised. But as the protection of personal information is our top priority, we will not use the system until we are confident it is secure.
Advice for PageUp account holders
If you created a PageUp account to submit an application via the Jobs Website, we recommend you are vigilant about unusual activity concerning your personal information - advice is available at www.oaic.gov.au.
Do not share your information or credentials if you receive unsolicited contact from any party, including anyone claiming to represent PageUp.
There is no need to change your passwords in the PageUp system at present. All account passwords have been automatically expired. But if you have used the same credentials (email and password) elsewhere, you should change them on those sites.
Updates for current applicants
If you have recently submitted an application for a position, updates on recruitment processes are being provided at jobs.tas.gov.au
