Salaried General Practitioner
Full-time (daytime and out of hours)
North Tyneside UCC / Westgate Walk in Centre
Vocare Ltd, trading as Vocare North East are recruiting Salaried General Practitioners for their Urgent Care Services situated in the North Tyneside UCC and Westgate Walk in Centre.
Our GP sessions can vary between telephone triage, home visits and seeing patients at our centres.
We offer free medical indemnity cover, a tailored comprehensive induction programme and we provide a supportive working environment with 24/7 access to senior ‘Clinical on Call’ for advice. We provide a driver,
comprehensive operational support and all the equipment you’ll need.
You would also be welcome to attend our popular educational and training events. We can help provide a wealth of evidence for NHS appraisal and revalidation purposes.
In addition - there’s no admin to worry about, you’ll start and finish on time and there’s no QOF!
There are also opportunities for you to become involved in the training management side of the organisation (undertaking GPR supervision, inductions, audit work, peer telephone triage review, and other lead GP work – all in paid time).
We are a clinically led organisation and we are keen to involve our workforce to continually improve the safety and effectiveness of the care we deliver
Please note that you will need full GMC registration and inclusion on the National Performers List in order to be considered for this role. Experience with SystmOne is desirable but not essential as training can be provided.
