Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking to employ consultant radiologists to be based at Withybush General Hospital, Haverfordwest. One of four District General Hospitals in our Health Board, Withybush Hospital undertakes general radiography (including trauma), fluorosocopy, CT, MRI, ultrasound and nuclear medicine. Equipment includes a 64 slice CT scanner, 1.5T MRI and SPECT/CT.
Our health board has an excellent history of encouraging and promoting professional development and welcomes applications from radiologists wishing to focus or develop in areas including breast, head & neck, gynaecology or upper/lower GI.

Our out-of hours provision is covered externally meaning that our radiologists can enjoy an excellent work-life balance and make the most of this amazing area.

With effect from 1st April 2017 points 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 on AfC Pay Band 1 and Pay Band 2 will be adjusted to £16,523 to reflect the incorporation of the living wage £8.45 per hour.
