Consultant Paediatrician with special interest in Paediatric Epilepsy
Applications are invited for a post of Consultant Paediatrician with Special Interest in Paediatric Epilepsy. This is a full time post (Additional PAs may be available) starting from 1st August 2018 onwards.
The post is principally based at Lincoln County Hospital (LCH), which is one of the two hospitals within ULHT providing acute services to children and new born babies, however it is a condition that appointees may be required to work at any site where ULHT provides service.
The posts holder is expected to provide Paediatric Epilepsy service across all sites within ULHT and will be job planned to facilitate that. The successful candidate will join an enthusiastic and forward looking team of 14 Acute Consultant Paediatricians and 8 Community Consultants, all of whom have special interests.
There is excellent support from a team of 8 middle grade doctors, 8 Tier 1 junior doctors (4 STs, and 4 GP VTS). There is a separate 24 hr Neonatal Tier 1 rota comprising of ANNPs and Junior Doctors.
