Unaccredited Trainee Medical Oncology
The Central Coast is renowned for its natural beauty. From the bush to the beach there is plenty to do, from boating to swimming, surfing to diving, along with plenty of golf clubs, restaurants and cafes to visit. The Central Coast also offers bush walks, sporting clubs and activities for the kids and most of all a friendly and relaxed lifestyle.
The Central Coast has an estimated population of 325,082 as of June 2015, growing at 1% per annum making it the third largest urban area in New South Wales. With an expanding population on the Central Coast comes an increased demand for quality, local health care services. To meet these growing needs Gosford Hospital is currently undergoing a major transformation and planning is also underway for the redevelopment of Wyong Hospital. Both projects include new and upgraded facilities which will enhance existing services, support the creation of new services and expand our future capacity.
The Central Coast Local Health District offers a comprehensive range of services from acute care services at our regional trauma centre in Gosford Hospital to sub-acute and community based services at our major metropolitan hospital in Wyong.
We value our staff as our most important resource and strive to provide support and development opportunities throughout your career with us.
