We have strong links with the Dunedin School of Medicine at the University of Otago, a Royal Australian & New Zealand College of Surgeons Integrated Training Program site. There is a strong academic vascular department at the Otago Medical School, with opportunities for a joint clinical position, so we are very interested in applicants with an academic interest up to Professorial level. The Otago Medical School offers undergraduate training and all sub-specialties are represented in the Southern District Health Board. We also welcome applications from Surgeons nearing the end of their training.
