Associate Clinical Director and Consultant Community Paediatricians
Can you offer strong clinical leadership?
We are a financially stable progressive mental health and community services trust with very strong clinical leadership at all levels of the organisation.
The Trust has a focus on improving the experience of patients, carers and our staff. For the last two years we have been developing a special quality improvement programme that provides our clinical staff, patients and carers with skills to transform our services. We believe that our staff are the organisation’s greatest asset and are the best agents for change.
In 2015 the Trust became responsible for mental health services in Luton and Bedfordshire. In 2016 it was graded as Outstanding by the CQC, as Provider of the Year by the Health Service Journal, as well as being rated the best place to work in Mental Health.
