Consultant in Ophthalmology with SI in Paediatrics
This is a substantive appointment. The post has been assessed as attracting 10 PAs. This is a Pan Trust appointment with majority of the work being done in and around Lincoln. You will be joining a team of sixteen consultants providing comprehensive Ophthalmology services to the 750,000 strong population of Lincolnshire. Day-case surgery and out-patient clinics are provided across the county on 7 sites covered by the trust.
You will be supported by one Associate Specialist, one Medical Retina & Cataract Fellow, one Glaucoma & Cataract Fellow, and three specialty trainees.
The Trust has close educational and research ties with the University of Lincoln. The Department has a commitment to undergraduate and postgraduate education with close ties to the Medical Schools of the Universities of Nottingham and Leicester.

From 6 April 2017, Tier 2 skilled worker applicants, applying for entry clearance into the UK, must present a criminal record certificate from each country they have resided continuously or cumulatively for 12 months or more in the past 10 years.
