Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust seek to appoint a Psychiatrist to join Integrated Community Services.

This post has arisen following the retirement of the previous post holder. The post involves clinical leadership of a specialist personality disorder service – The Olive Tree in Coventry. It is anticipated that the successful applicant will also develop a consultation/liaison role with colleagues in the Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Team. The post also involves a significant teaching commitment with the successful applicant becoming the Psychotherapy Tutor for The Coventry and Warwickshire Core Psychiatric Training Scheme.

We believe that high quality consultant appointments are key to providing quality services and ensuring senior clinical leadership. We are looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic, forward thinking individuals who can work within the Trust and with partners to develop dynamic, responsive and patient centered services.

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust has close links to partners in Social Care, to local acute services at University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire, George Elliot Hospital and South Warwickshire Hospital and with the third sector. There are well established academic links and opportunities with both Warwick University and Coventry University. The Trust provides clinical teaching experiences to undergraduate students and participates in the local Deanery postgraduate Training scheme.
