The Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, part of Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust would like to appoint a Consultant Rheumatolo-gist. The successful candidate will form part of the well-established Rheumatology team, and is expected to have an interest in research.
The Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre is one of four teaching hospitals that comprise the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. We have a worldwide reputation for excellence in orthopaedic, rheumatology and rehabilitation. As a specialist orthopaedic, rheumatology and reha-bilitation hospital we provide routine and specialist orthopaedic and rheumatology services to the people of Oxfordshire.
Specialist services, such as the treatment of skeletal dysplasia, vasculitis, and bone infection and bone tumours, and the rehabilitation of those with limb amputation or congenital deficiency, and those with neurological disabilities are provided for patients from across the UK and abroad.

The appointee will be expected to work closely with colleagues across all trust sites and be committed to cross-site working. The appointee will be expected to work closely with the existing consultant rheumatologists.
