Old Age Consultant Liaison Psychiatrist

Applications are invited for a full-time (10 PAs) Consultant Psychiatrist in Old Age Liaison Psychiatry based at The Royal Liverpool University Hospital.
This is an exciting opportunity to take up a newly developed post in liaison psychiatry. Joining a well established mental health liaison service providing services to the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals.
There is a thriving postgraduate programme and good opportunities exist for research and career development. Consultants are also encouraged to seek out additional responsibilities within the Trust to promote and develop the service.

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust expects that all post holders who require a DBS for their role subscribe to the DBS Update Service. You will be required to enrol for this service for a small annual fee of £13 per year and maintain registration.
