ACE is a community interest company committed to delivering outstanding primary and community services across North East Essex. We are currently seeking a GP Clinical Lead to support our ambitious plans for integrated, person-centred care.
As the GP Clinical Lead, you will combine GP delivery with dedicated time to lead the transformation of care across ACE’s 4 GP practices working closely with ACE’s Community Services teams and system colleagues in social care and mental health.
As well as providing strong clinical leadership, you will play an integral role in developing innovative services, which deliver clinical excellence and system level change.
An ambitious GP, you should have a good understanding of medical management and clinical assessment. You will be passionate about driving system-wide improvements, developing new patient pathways and delivering patient-focused care, specifically through integrated working with partners. You should have strong commercial under-standing, be a good communicator and a relationship builder who can champion change in others and bring new ideas to life and can excel both operationally and stra-tegically.
The communities you will serve range from the beautiful coastal town of Frinton-on-Sea, with its stunning esplanade, to Jaywick – one of the most deprived communities in England, bringing a variety of demographic and social challenges that require innovative new ways of working.
