Consultant Anaesthetist - General & Endocrine
Applications are invited for a substantive consultant with an interest in
general and endocrine anaesthesia. The successful candidate will have an active interest in and be experienced in providing anaesthesia for surgery for phaeochromocytoma. The post holder will have sessions in general theatres covering endocrine, breast and emergency surgery; they will also be expected to cover other lists on a flexible basis.The post is for 10PAs and the post holder will join the general on-call rota.
St George’s Hospital is a Foundation Trust and Level 1 Trauma Centre. The Department of Anaesthesia covers all surgical specialities and is
currently involved in many exciting initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity
for an individual with the appropriate skills to join a first class team in an active and progressive London teaching hospital environment.
