Your advice on any equipment to be considered to improve clinical care will be greatly valued, as will your suggestions on pharmaceuticals and consumables for paediatric patients.
You must review referral patterns for ENT cases over the past three years, with a brief note advising on emergency distant support requirements and referral criteria. Offering advice and guidance to clinical staff on improving their professional skills, you will conduct at least two training sessions.
Findings and recommendations will be shared and discussed with the SMO and Director of Health prior to departure and you will submit a completion report within six weeks of return.
