Consultant Psychiatrist in Child and Adolescent Mental Health in Hounslow CAMHS (9 PA)
Consultant Psychiatrist in Child and Adolescent Mental Health in Hammersmith & Fulham CAMHS (10 PA)
West London Mental Health NHS Trust provides a full range of local mental health services to the London Boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, and Hounslow as well as specialist forensic mental health services, including high secure services at Broadmoor Hospital across a wider catchment area.
The Hounslow post is within the child and families team and will provide the opportunity to work with two other Consultant Psychiatrists within Hounslow CAMHS (their focus is the ND/LD cohort of patients and adolescent psychiatry respectively).
The Hammersmith & Fulham post is within the Adolescent Team with a shared responsibility for the younger cohort of patients and will provide the opportunity to work with one other Consultant Psychiatrist within H&F CAMHS(their focus is the ND/LD cohort of patients).
Both Hounslow CAMHS and Hammersmith & Fulham CAMHS offer comprehensive Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, for children, young people and families in the 0-18 age range. They are both community based out patient services characterised by family centred and individually tailored treatment packages.
This is an exciting time to be joining our Child & Adolescent Services as we continue our collaboration with Commissioners and CAMHS Transformation Plan, as well as leading The New Models of Care Pilot across North West London. The trust are also developing new crisis care services and consolidating work on the specialist CAMHS eating disorders pathway.
In both services, there are close links with colleagues in Tier 2 CAMHS services, Acute and Community Paediatrics, Education, Social Services, Primary Care, and Adult Mental Health Services.
The post holders will take a leadership role alongside their consultant colleagues and lead professionals.

The salary range for this post is £76,761 - £103,490 per annum plus London Zone weighting of £2,162 per annum.
