Consultant Medical Microbiologist

This is a new full-time post. The post-holder will join a team of five other full-time Consultant Medical Microbiologists providing clinical microbiology services within Gloucestershire and, in addition, will contribute to services for Infection Prevention and Control, Antimicrobial Stewardship and support of Multidisciplinary Team working, with specific roles to be agreed.
The post will be based mainly at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital although some clinical microbiology commitments will also take place at Cheltenham General Hospital.
