Applications are invited for A Consultant post; we are looking for a dynamic and motivated consultant paediatrician to join our friendly and enthusiastic team at the James Paget University Hospital. The posts require experience in paediatrics with a specialist interest in:

Post - The appointee will be expected to hold CCT in General Paediatrics (or within 6 months of attaining) is desirable for this post. The appointee will need to be experienced and capable of running clinics in Diabetes and General Paediatrics. 

While on call you will be covering the children’s ward and a level 1 NICU, this post involves 1:18non-residential on call from home, 1:18 Hot/service weeks (clinic will be cancelled during this week),3 Weekly Paediatric outpatient clinics, one day 0900-1700 per week – Children’s ward or Neonatal Unit cover (except every third week) FTE 10 PA’s, DCC 8.5 + SPA 1.5.

The James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (JPUH) provides medical services for a population of approximately 230,000 living in South East Norfolk and North East Suffolk, plus a large number of visitors to the coast and Broads National Park during the summer months.
