An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the private patients department at the Royal Brompton Hospital as a Junior Clinical Fellow and Resident Medical Officer in Private Patients. If successful you will be joining a dynamic team with an international reputation in adult cardiac and thoracic medicine and surgery.  We will provide tailored learning and career development opportunities in clinical research, medical education and simulation and quality improvement, with time to attend the extensive and high quality formal teaching programmes and opportunities available at the Trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision and day-to-day running of an efficient and effective Private Inpatient Service. Candidates applying for this post must be GMC registered and have an interest in gaining further experience in cardiac and/or thoracic medicine. 

This position will be based at The Royal Brompton Hospital and is a fixed term appointment for 6 months in the first instance, extendable by mutual consent up to a maximum of 24 months.
