The salary will be in line with pay for clinical academic doctors in training (2016 contract, subject to the transitional pay arrangements) and our assessment will be based on the date that you reached ST3 on your training programme

NIHR Academic Clinical Lecturer Post in General and Hepatobiliary Surgery based at the Bristol Centre for Surgical Research, University of Bristol and the Hepatobiliary Team, University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

You will initially work within on-going projects in the Centre and develop and gain skills for the design and conduct of high quality studies that will inform the evaluation of interventions and pathways of care in hepatobiliary and general surgery.

You will contribute to the post graduate and undergraduate teaching by provision of small group teaching, supervision of specialist study components and lecturing formally to larger groups.
