Consultant in Laboratory Haematology (Haemoglobinopathy)
Applications are invited to apply for this post that will be based primarily in
laboratory haematology at the John Radcliffe Hospital.
A new opportunity has arisen to appoint two full-time NHS consultants to support and further develop the Oxford haematology diagnostic laboratory, to provide consultative haematology support on the John Radcliffe Hospital site.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a special interest in flow cytometry and integrated reporting for diagnosis of haematological malignancies. This post forms part of a team of consultants developing and providing a first class, modern, integrated laboratory haematology service, and aims to forge closer links between the clinical haematology service and laboratory services.
