Salary: Clinical Associate Professor: £76,761 - £103,490 per annum (pro rata), depending on seniority. Associate Professor: £49,772 - £59,400 per annum (pro rata) depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

Applications are invited for the role of Clinical or Non- Clinical Associate Professor in Public Health in the Division of Epidemiology and Public Health at the University of Nottingham, based at Nottingham City Hospital Campus.

The role holder will have an active role in research and teaching within the Division, participate in the organisation, management and strategic planning of the Division and will have line management responsibilities including the responsibility for the professional development of their research and teaching team and contribute to the overall administration of the School.

Applications are welcomed from people with research interests that are aligned with current research areas within the division.

The successful candidate will have the Certificate of Completion of Training in Public Health or an international equivalent recognised by the UK Faculty of Public Health as satisfactory completion of specialist training, together with a PhD, MD or equivalent in a related area.

This permanent post is full-time (40 hours per week) however applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 24 hours per week).
