Nurturing medical leadership
We promote and encourage medical leadership and our new structure provides the opportunity for every consultant to take on a leadership role in service delivery and governance.
We believe in the importance of the medical voice in mental health and have
developed a service delivery model where the consultant leads a smaller service unit allowing for leadership and active involvement in service designs and development.
We nurture the potential in each and every person in our teams and consider
their personal development as a priority in our service delivery – making you
an integral member of our family.
We offer all newly appointed consultants mentoring to support their
development as leaders.
Staff enjoy a range of benefits including generous annual leave, a cycle to work scheme and support around health and wellbeing. We offer free body and mind MOTs which support the physical and mental health of all staff.
